Hi Martin,
I have found all works ok if I install 1.1.6 outside the netbeans dir
structure.
That is, do not extract to "C:\Users\paul\dev\netbeans\ruby2\jruby1.1.6
but to "C:\Users\paul\dev\jruby1.1.6
No idea why, but it works.
