I still haven't solved this, It is low on my list as I can easily boot from a SD instead but I'm hoping someone has a answer for me. Basically the Theme background in the stock angstrom OS is wrong and it will not display correctly any more. I can re-flash the NAND but from the descriptions nether image is the stock one. The stock one has both Desktop and Palmtop as well as a few others. The ones listed on site are either the Desktop or the Palmtop. I'd rather just go in through kermit and set the background back to the right one. If anyone knows where this setting is stored That would be great.

I know with linux It is a setting in a file somewhere but I don't know what file. I'm assuming it is in /etc but I know that is the limmit of my knowage.
