You have asked the same question in 4 different threads and on 2
different mailing lists. That makes it very difficult for others to
see previous responses that you have received, so we have to start all
over again. Just reply to one of the original threads to continue it.

And as has been mentioned before, no-one else seems to have this
problem, so there must be something different on your PC, either
another program installed which messes with the overlays somehow, or a
video driver which renders the overlays incorrectly. What does the
standard windows shortcut overlay look like?
