Do I need an specialized mixer for that card as for "VIA Envy24HT (ICE1724)", if so do you have a clue which one? why can i see the control slider for all channels with "alsaconf" but can not control the loudness? Is ALSA out of the game(in respect of controlling loudness) when i use Jack?

I DON'T KNOW, I JUST TRY TO HELP ;)

what ever the ICE1724 chip or chipset might be, I would search the
ALSA-dev mailing list archive:

"The mailing list for ALSA developers. /[open, unmoderated for
subscribers, moderated for others]/

Search for your card and other cards having the same chips like there
are on your sound card. I GUESS a software mixer will be a remote
control for an IO controller on your sound card.
