This ties in with work I've planned for this weekend.  Just before I went on
holiday I had an IRC discussion when we talked about creating a tutorials
guidelines page on userbase, with links to where the various sets of icons are
available.

The next step would be to replace all known appearances of old icons -
userbase lists all files linked to a specific icon - from the general menu
sets, then application-specific icons.

I shall start work on this as soon as I can - not later than the weekend.  If
anyone can spare time to work with me on this I'd be glad of it.
