Not to rain on the low-power parade, but if you are just looking at
reducing your power bill I would recommend steering clear of the really
low power non-x86 stuff.  The amount of effort required to get
everything working properly on oddball hardware, combined with the
limited number of apps you can run concurrently on the box keeps the
extra $0.50/month of power savings from making it a good idea IMO.

My own MH box is a fanless C3 board with a PicoPSU and a standard 3.5"
HD which clocks in at 25 W (measured with a power meter).  Even a _much_
more powerful Atom based board like the D945GSEJT uses just 12 W and
when coupled with a 1 W 2.5" HD gives you a system capable of running MH
plus a web server, mail server, caching proxy server, file server,
torrent server, MythTV backend etc. -- all at the same time.
