No idea, but I just placed an order. There is absolutely no way they can be

AFAIK shipping is even more expensive in Europe. I think it is actually
quite reasonable, and it doesn't make any sense to subsidize the post
office. If you ship a lot of packages, why should your neighbors bear the
burden?
