The only two spreadsheet apps on that machine are Calc and Excel 2003,
and as the document is in ods format, I doubt that Excel had ever
opened it.

More likely, the text may have been copy/pasted out of an email. Are
you suggesting that the data that was pasted was already rounded? I
will look into that possibility.
