Once again, "All rights reserved" has no legal meaning anymore and is not
incompatible with any free/open license. Please see this page for an

Even if the phrase did have some legal force, it would only apply to people
who do not have a valid license granting them further rights. In the world
of free software and open content, everyone can obtain a license granting
some of the rights normally "reserved" by the copyright holder. Thus "All
rights reserved" would at best only apply to persons whose license has been
revoked because they violated its provisions.
