I'm pretty sure that VA doesn't charge me fees, but I've been a subscriber
for about 10 years. I have two passes (and my wife has one). I keep one in
the cage and one on the bike. They take a $35 advance on my credit card
whenever the balance drops below $5 or $10. I'm pretty sure that
auto-replenishment prevents me from being charged any additional fees.
Maybe I need to go online and check my account to make sure they're not
charging me any fees...
