Russ,
The rule as I understand it is that even if there is one or two years
left on the form, that in 2010, the new form will be yearly. So that
means that every scout, adult, and staff person will need a physical
once a year.
I will be happy to follow up on this, since we have alot of kids that
fall into that category, but I can tell you that my physical is no
longer good this year and it was only used twice.
