Matt,

I think what Russ was asking about was about how TroopMaster is currently reporting the 'Health Form Status' report.   We have been told, and I'm sure you will agree, that a physical done last year is good at least until 1/1/2010.  However, if you have a date of 5/15/2008 entered on the Part B (which used to be the Class 2 field), the Health Form Status report shows this as expired, if you are on a fairly current release of TroopMaster.  I believe Russ would like the report for this year to not reflect physicals done in the past 24 months as expired.

That's how I read it at least...

David

Russ,

The rule as I understand it is that even if there is one or two years left on the form, that in 2010, the new form will be yearly.  So that means that every scout, adult, and staff person will need a physical once a year.

I will be happy to follow up on this, since we have alot of kids that fall into that category, but I can tell you that my physical is no longer good this year and it was only used twice.

I know the new medical forms are mandantory next year and the rules have changed on when the scouts must have a phyiscal by a physician, every year now instead of every three years. But, the Class 2 medical form was good for three years and Troopmaster reports that the scout needs to update his medical to the new every year standards. Is there a way to adjust the expiration date of a scouts need for a new physical when he still has one year left on his class 2???

Russ
