Nah... just wanted to use CharSequence (1.4+). Lots of Apache stuff
still claims to run on 1.3, so I just wanted to check.

Well, I erred on the side of user@ because I figured it might help to be
in the archives, regardless of the fact that I'm hacking Velocity, not
just using it.
