Can i sub scobe the root "localhost/" ?
 
because the clients are outsourced and i can't change them and the connect to /bla1 and /bla2

why don't you just use sub-scopes.  For iinstance:

rtmp://localhost/myApp/blah1
rtmp://localhost/myApp/blah2

this way, both of your context paths use the same application.
