Simpliy said: no. KMyMoney (currently) is strict single user (one at a time).
You can access the file from within multiple (unix) user accounts but not at
the same time.

Although KMyMoney supports a database backend, it is not safe to use it with
multiple users at the same time. This is a feature planned for the future. If
I would have to decide between near and far future, I guess it's more the far
future.
