Substitute the definition of type Table into the error:
Type error in explicitly typed binding
*** Term : [(a,p)]
*** Type : [(a,b)]
*** Does not match : [Table]
where [Table] = [[(Address,Port)]]
Do you see why the expression [ (a,p) ] cannot have type [ [
(Address, Port) ] ] ?
