FYI... The issue you pointed out is a solvable issue but it will require a second step. Their is a fella that developed an incredible piece of software that will remove an object or person in the scene once you set some boundries for it.. I remember seeing examples of it being used. Adobe, bought it and as I understand it is further developing it at this time.

the product.
But you have to admire a company that would try stitching a series of
i-Phone shots into an acceptable panorama, and I say credit to them for
having succeeeded.
Of course the problem of people who straddle seams between shots where
their background is not captured in other shots present an insoluble
problem for an application searching for an effective seam path. It
just can't be done...
