Re: New draft MWABP (17th Sept 09) / inconsistency

I have found an inconsistency in the MWABP document
(at least the version dated 17 September 2009):

Click on the link named "latest version".

What appears is the version from 7 May 2009 -- which seems odd, as both documents are "working drafts",
and the "previous version" is itself dated 19 June 2009.
