This one is perfect. And all the issues you rised are real challenges. I  
am sure, we are going to use this one excessively.  So could you please do  
me a favor and give us _transliterations_ to these names, so that we can  
_talk_ about them. Babelfish gives me some quite unsatisfactory:
亀梨和也 =  turtle pear Kazuya (turtle pear?, how do you pronounce that in  
Japanese?)
山下智久 = Yamashita Tomohisa
修二と彰 =  learning/repairing two and Akira (uh?)
修二 = learning/repairing two (how do you _pronounce_ that?)
彰 =  Akira
The rest is only context information.

I think you cannot imagine how helpful this is.
