I've ran into this very recently and hacked my way out of it ;)
1) I had to download the 1.4.0RC2 of JRuby (some FFI code improvements
in there from what I understand);
2) Make sure the libxml and related dlls are in your path (as you
apparently have done);
3a) Update to the latest version of Nokogiri 1.3.3 (at this time);
Then manually apply the following commit -
http://github.com/tenderlove/nokogiri/commit/0555c69e70083a6368b563f18da2c8d5416515cc3b) Alternatively, you could just install nokogiri as a gem via github's
trunk.
Ugly but worked.
