I *think* that Ubuntu's 0.9.2 version of KMM2 has broken ofx import in 9.04,

if memory serves. I do know it works in the karmic 9.10, but that is too far
off :(

I would suggest trying out my ppa packages for the latest development version
https://launchpad.net/~claydoh/+archive/ppa
