That is true the consumer/s (buyers) must control the price not only the oil but to other commodities also.
But it is a fact that part of that buyer(as a whole) are those people in a government. Here in the PHILIPPINES, influential government Officials are controlling the prices of much sought for commondities in the expense of the main consuming Public.
