My build doesn't have any --with-system option used. As I check, file .xsession-error is empty, and there is no obvious error found. The GUI process seems in a dead loop when process the keyevent, and have no any response.
Is it caused by some lib version mismatch?

Start with removing all --with-system-... configure flags.
Then launch OOo from a terminal and watch for any output, look in
~/.xsession-errors and other logs on your system, launch OOo in
gdb,...
