I can't think of any models or manufacturers with that name, but I will forward this to a group with much wider and deeper expertise than me.

Subject: Older Field Cameras

I was wondering if you mght help me out. Our museum in Powell River, BC is putting together a show of 30 photographs that were created by a local photographer between 1907-1925 that chronicle the construction of our community( we have a large paper mill). Little is known about the photographer as he sold his business in the late '20's. We do have his pictures and negatives many of them 8*10 glass. In one of out older local history books they refer to his camera as being a "Romera" I was wondering if you have heard of this model or anything that sounds close to this?
Any insight that you could provide us with would greatly be appreciated. I've enjoyed your website very much.
