Hi Panos,

blue does allow providing commandline options, including a list of
files to open at start.  One thing you could do is copy the
blue.command file and edit it to have the path to your .blue project
file as the last part of the command.  You could make multiple copies
of the .command file if you have different ones you would like blue to
start with.  Let me know if this works for you or if you need any help
with it.
