There may be a better/cheaper/easier option worth pursueing.  Take a nice clean shiney polished part of your snowblower to a good local autobody paint supply shop.  I recommend the chute because it travels well.  The auto paint shop will scan it and provide an identical color match code based on the line of paint they carry. They you can purchase whatever quality/type paint you want given your budget and the level of effort you want to expend.  Our snowblowers had a clear coat originally but you can request an "all-in-one" 12 oz spray can or take home a pint of base paint and do all the work yourself.  The prices in my area started at $23 (spray) and went up from there.

Some Home Depots carry a no-name /non-brand spray enamel in a color that closely matches Yamaha's niad blue. That would work for touch ups.  Good luck and let us know what works for you.
