You can do all this in hugin. For the four walls set the output
panorama angle of view to 90°, render a wall, then use the Numeric
Transform in the Preview window to 'yaw' the panorama 90°, repeat
for all four walls.
For the ceiling I would approximate it: Use the Numeric transform
to 'pitch' up 90° and render the ceiling as a square. In an image
editor cut this square into the four triangles of the pyramid, then
stretch them in proportion to the angle of the roof.
