The best way to submit a patch is to create a trac ticket, and attach
the patch to it
(http://manual.dojotoolkit.org/WikiHome/DojoDotBook/Book53). But first
you should register as a contributor:
http://dojo.jot.com/HowToGetInvolved --- we want to make sure that we
have legally "clean" code.
