Re: Pizz. and arco on same stave

I thought I would have to do that. I looked at the event editor, but it
was difficult to see where I was in relation to the score. Perhaps it
might help if the pizz. and arco parts are in separate segments on the
same channel. I do not normally make much use of segments. I just extend
existing segments to add new music.
