Thanks for reporting this problem, sorry it took me a while to get
time to look at it. The issue is that the stage package was not
including the controller plugin files. I have uploaded a fixed release
of stage to my ppa that includes these files. Let me know if you still
have trouble with stage 4.0.0-1~ppa4.
