Hi Panos,

I just tried and was able to enable/disable the mixer and it work as
expected whether the value was enabled/disabled in Program Options.  I
did this using the example file in
blue\examples\features\automation1.blue.  To note, blue does
optimization when not using the API and if detects a signal path won't
be used in the mixer, it won't generate code for that signal path.
Are you perhaps seeing this?

Otherwise, if you still see issues, could you send me an example
project where you are getting the strange behavior?  Also, what
version of Java and OSX are you using?
