Legally there's no problem to print OSM maps in such a fashion (see
http://www.mapapel.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/mapa-de-gijon.pdf and
mapapel.com)
On the technical side of things, you might want to "stitch" tiles in order to
get a big and nice image you can print, or you can deploy a full-fledged
renderer if you need high DPIs or something fancy. If you need help on this,
