By Google I got this:

    "Loading Jack stops dead at:

jackd: symbol lookup error: jackd: undefined symbol
    jackctl_server_create

Package issue. Some incompatibility between jackd and a library it
uses. Maybe a too old version of one of them?"

Maybe your distro is separating the JACK package and the libjack
pakages, you might want to take a look if the versions for the libjack
packages fit to the version of jack.
