Subject: Problems with a Tunstall Bluetooth Adaptor

Hi All,

I am using Tunstall’s Bluetooth Sensor and a Palm (running the TIM software) to programme a TIM (Bed Sensor). The Palm program usually recognises the Bluetooth Adaptor as ‘Tunstall#36’.

It no longer does this – I now see ‘PSD200v1.0.2-061960’ as the Bluetooth device.

Continuing on with the setup process end up with a ‘Comms Problem! Tap OK to exit’ message.

I’ve swapped out batteries and tried three different TIM’s – the Bluetooth Adopter worked fine a couple of weeks ago.

Anyone come across this and found a solution outside buying a new Bluetooth Adaptor? This was the company solution…

Cheers,

Aidan.
