I've literally started it two days ago. :-) We had a lot of pain with
different SQL-backed solutions, so I've written a few shell scripts for
SVN-backed issue tracking system. The current plan is to play with it
for some time to explore the domain and better understand what we need.
So I don't have anything available for public view yet. I expect that in
couple of weeks/months I'll be refactoring the implementation and that's
the time when something could be published.
