Have you tried debugging your code? Have you checked the browser for
JavaScript errors? Use Firefox with Firebug to see if you are getting a
JavaScript error in the browser. Step through your JavaScript with Firebug.

Other than that I would recommend you providing us with a slimmed down
example that we can run if you can't figure it out.
