Re: R1 oil level light?

Over-filled so that the oil is 3/4 way up the window with engine running hot at idle and drops to the bottom (but still visable) of the window with revs. Tried more than this and it made no difference (slightly worse if anything). It happened when I first had the car on the road but got better and is now back since I changed the oil. The level is the same as before.

I did wonder if it was getting froth on the top of the oil and the switch coming on because of that. Then at higher revs the oil level drops a bit and the frothing is reduced??
