I've taken the "butterflys" out of the baffle to increase flow from above the plate to below it. If That was the cause then the oil would be building up above the baffle and show high in the window. I can only see this at revs when stationary but it's not doing that. How about that at certain revs the flow pattern results in a low where the sensor is but ok at higher revs? Or certain vibration frequencies affect the sensor?
