Ah, yes, I would say it's GIMP, because it does put a global gtk install
in path. The other issue is I'm not sure how good the support for
windows 2000 is for GTK anymore, they've made a lot of changes in the
2.12 series - theoretically it should work, but windows is known for
blowing up....
