You can try renaming the libgtkhtml-3.1.4.dll or whatever it is to the
expected filename. It appears that the libraries I used to build
gtkhtml were messed up - you can get it to run after the rename.
For the record you can find the libraries I used at
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/ - including any additional
dependencies I might have missed. GtkHTML is very dependency heavy, and
I might have missed some.
