This is what I'm currently using.  It works for me, but no guarantees that
it will work for anyone else (due to differences in printers).

Card Size - Full size

Left Margin: 0.65
Top Margin: 0.55
Card Width: 2.25
Gutter spacing: 0.20
Vertical spacing: 2
Font size 6.5 pt
