You are familiar with the concept of a rhetorical question? BOS
could be loaded from tape, so qualifies for inclusion.
Conversely, I had a number of "card decks" that I kept in a DASD
file with a custom loader program; this was handy for things
like UCS loading, a DASD CLIP, and the Memorex FRIEND program.
