The sheets are coded 33414.
These sheets are the presentation cards for the merit badges, not
"Blue" cards
TM does sell their own version of presentation cards for printing. Not
sure if you can use the BSA version directly with TM.

Did you try using the directions per TM's instructions to line them
up correctly.
