Not every troop has unlimited funds.
Our troop lives in a low income neighborhood and our fundraisers are usually
not very productive.
Keeping our software updated and using the Dot Net feature creates a very
long discussion with our Troop committee. When the license started having
expiration dates we had a VERY heated discussion. The last release was
precieved by our Committee to be WAY too soon and they decided to not spend
the money. So I had to pay for it myself.
