More points if possible

1. I want to have Get Lock & Release icon in toolbar, but i don't know how to convert it to CustomIcon.

2. In tortoise We get release lock only if previously we have clicked on Get Lock. Can we do same functionality in SVN toolbar  ? ( if its disabled also will be great )
