In fact, you can see PEtALS as an alternative of 'tradiltionnal' J2EE
application server to build our applications in a 'service' approach.
Sound nice! :-)
So as said christophe, there is no deal with application server in
PEtALS, We use a SOAP component build on axis2 for all the Web Services
and orchestra component for BPEL service.
BUT, it is possible to interact with a J2EE server via the EJB
component, and expose in PETALS your J2EE application logic as
'services'. That's not what you need there.
