graham from flatshifter here, the blanking screws for balancing the throttle bodies are only to literally close off the hole you remove them to attached a gauge to measure and then adjust the balance so they do not actually do anything , but normally R1 engines have a piece of black pipe hanging down from the throttle bodies that does nothing and is blanked off this is ideal for the blipper,hope this has helped.
