This shouldn't be a problem of multiple roots. So can you please use
Help|Enable Connection Logging after all working copies have been scanned,
then perform Refresh Remote State, wait until it has finished, then
immediately exit SmartSVN and send the resulting connection.log directory to
us? Thanks!
