Considering the amount of people involved around IvyDE (developpers,
patchers, early testers, etc...), I would prefer keep the version and
improvement going on. I don't want to waste time to redo a release just to
change the version number.
And if there are such bugs in the final release that it would be unusable
in a production enviromnent, a 2.0.1 would come out.

I also have some refactoring in the pipe that will help fix some bugs like
IVYDE-178. I can't wait fixing them ;)
