genpts did never produce anything at home (with just a -vcodec copy)
Pehaps it's do the trick with encoding (but we don't care because pts
are always well generated with an encoding ;-))

I use this (it's just a revert of michael's commit)
and ffmpeg is pretty cool with it and my remuxed streams ;-)
